Vermont Bean Crafters: Black Bean Burger
Our first non-restaurant submission at the Best Veggie Burger Project, from Rose:
This burger is wonderful. It is the only retail burger that I have had which jives with my food ethics, all ingredients are sourced within 256 miles (also their website has a list of the farms which they get their ingredients from!). The ingredient list is simple, original, full of whole foods and flavorful with a great hint of spice. Great on the skillet, grill, and in the oven. Check it out.
