NYC steak house veggie burger. Kind of an oxymoron but worth trying: What used to be called Houston’s (in NYC) is now Hillstone’s and I’m not sure I’d call the veggie burger awesome but for a steak house and for a veggie burger I’d rate it very good and worth trying.” I suggest diving in if only to expand one’s knowledge of what’s in the veggie burger universe.
