This veggie burger! Is one of the best I’ve ever eaten! Vegan patty made from black beans, rice, and carrots sealed up in a pocket of crispy, charr-ey goodness, with avocado and roasted red peppers draped over the top, and cheese (gruyere) if you want it. It comes with a simple but pitch-perfect side salad, too. I’m really blown away. At $15, it’s not a cheap one, and it may not qualify as health food, but you did not and will not hear me complain.
